Hi, I'm Aditi

I am Aditi Rastogi, a certified Holistic Wellness Coach and GAPS Nutrition Practitioner based in central London. I am also a member of UK Health coaches associations. 

I also suffered from autoimmune symptoms of inflammation, brain fog, food intolerance and memory problems which later turned to Hypothyroidism. By making key changes in diet and lifestyle, I was able to reverse my symptoms. 

 

I am also parent of a child diagnosed with learning difficulties, the same protocol helped him to overcome from it. I am very much aware of the difficulties facing other parents like me and I am so passionate to help these children and parents. 

 

I strongly believe that nutrition plays important role in healing physical and mental conditions.
